Autobiography
Personality: Rude, blunt, and disrespectful are the most noticeable trades that Tobias tends to carry around. Most times, he can be quite hateful towards those who try to make contact with him and will often show his dislike, despite if he just met the person. Of course, this means he doesn't have friends which can be seen as “sad” in a way, but even if he didn't have such a personality he would still lack friends due to his parents. To top the icing on the cake, Tobias has a mouth and curses like a sailor in certain situations, mainly when upset or angered.

Yet, like everyone else, Tobias does have a few good traits within his personality and only shows to those who make it past his “dark side”. He can be quite loyal, and even be somewhat amusing when he wants to be. He loves the outdoors, and likes to take risks when the opportunity arises even if the situation could cause a broken bone. Of course, the light side of him is hardly seen in public, but instead in closed off spaces. For those who are wishing to have a true and loyal friend, one that can be compared to a pack of wolves, then Toby is the perfect friend.

History: Tobias James Thoreau was born to two Shifters, his mother worked at a local office and could shift into a Saarloos Wolfhound and would be his animal to shift into as well. As for his father, he was a local trucker who often went out of town for quite a while depending on what deliveries had to be made and oftentimes could shift into either a Czechoslovakian Wolfdog or Saarloos Wolfhound as well. Even so, both parents were happy to have a small baby boy in their hands. The love story between the two was simple, and sweet as the two had met when his father was dropping a load off and it was love at first sight. They were together for two years before getting married and three years later they had Tobias to which they hoped to have another boy by the time Tobias was three.

Tobias was known as Toby to a few people except for his parents. Even so, Toby was a happy child who loved to cause trouble and oftentimes would change suddenly into his dog form without warning which caused his mother to shelter him a bit after all, she didn't want to draw any attention. Yet, an odd occurrence had happened when Toby was two years old. Toby and his mother were cooking dinner when the phone had rung. Leaving the child propped up on the chair near the stove, she went to fetch the phone. Upon returning, she saw Tobias had placed his hand on the burner and quickly yanked the boy's hand off. Second, degree burns had formed and he was rushed to the hospital, but the strangest part was the lack of emotions the boy held. Most kids would have screamed their heads off, but Toby seemed to be unaware of his own pain. Holding the boy for a couple of days, it was revealed he suffered from Congenital Analgesia. Toby couldn't feel pain, and when his father returned home, the two parents began to worry about the future of their own son.

Growing up in the household was hard as Tobias's mother started to become over protected of the child. He wasn't permitted to go outside, and he was forced to stay by his mother's side at all times even at night when she had him sleep in her bed! Due to his father being away, he didn't have a hand on how Tobias should be raised. Not only that, but trips to the doctors were made often, but his spirits were often raised by nurses who told him about Public Schools.

By the time he turned five, disappointment filled him as he learned he would be home-schooled because of his mother's fears. School became something he hated and often would go out of his way to avoid at all costs. Of course, his father stepped in with a quick scolding and he started to behave a bit better. Not only that, but the random shifting had come to a complete stop and was more controlled now.

Middle School was a bit better for Tobias as he was transferred out of Home School and into Public Schools. Sadly, Toby's personality was starting to take shape and he was becoming quite rude and even disrespectful to anyone who crossed his path. Phone calls from the school were made on a daily biases yet, Toby's father couldn't get the boy to behave. Shifting was now controlled, and oftentimes would take place out in the woods or the comforts of his own home. Yet, something deep in his heart longed for something he wasn't getting as for what… He didn't know what it was.

High School soon came, and Toby hadn't made a single friend. His parents began to worry that he would stand out too much for hunters and they would quickly take notice of the boy. Every attempt was made to get the boy some friends, but all attempts were unsuccessful. On top of that, Toby was quite the rebel and went out of his way to aggravate his parents or cause a riot out of them. Even so, Tobias still got a job at a local pet store and started to save money for a down payment on an apartment. Graduating High School, he left home and got a cheap apartment while he continued to work hard at his job. Unlike other kids, he has hopes to getting an educated in Dog training as he feels it might be his calling due to his shifting to a Saarloos Wolfhound and the sudden addition to changing into a Czechoslovakian Wolfdog.

Currently, Toby is trying his hardest to find a training course in the local area while also trying to avoid hunters and live both lives of a Wolfhound and human. So far everything has been working out for the male and he seems to be enjoying his life a bit better even if his parents try to barge into his life without asking for his permission...
