Autobiography
Personality: Damien is a calm person who prefers to spend his time painting and going for walks in the forest. He is often seen as a lonely and quiet man, but he does enjoy conversing with people. The only time when he doesn't like to have people around him is when his is painting, he loves to lose himself completely in it and hates to be interrupted. He is a friendly person who tries to see the best in everyone, and is always willing to lend a helping hand. His paintings often reflects his feelings and how he sees the world, and they are a window into his personality and past.
Damien has always preferred to avoid confrontations, and to try and solve problems without any fighting. Though he does avoid confrontations, he is by no means a coward. He just likes to fix whatever problem has arisen as quickly as possible, with as little violence as possible. He also has a tendency to snark at people, and use generous amounts of sarcasm. Though he often mumbles whatever sarcastic comebacks he has, half hoping they won't hear it.

History: Damien was born in 1951 in New Orleans as the middle child, and lived together with his parents, older brother and younger sister. Though at that time he was known as Jacob Millian. Their family was quite normal, and none of them knew anything about the supernatural. Growing up Damien had always been a curious and intelligent child, often dragging his younger sister with him to explore the streets of New Orleans. Though he was intelligent he never showed much interest in school, and preferred to spend his days wandering. When he was 10 he got some painting supplies for his birthday, and so he found his dream. Damien fell in love with art, he loved to paint, and he became a much calmer child. Expressing his feeling through paintings.
When he was 18 he left New Orleans to go to art schools, with hopes of becoming a famous artist. Two years later and still full of hopes and dreams Damien went for a walk late one evening in hopes of gaining inspiration. He was walking in one of the sketchier neighborhoods when he was attacked by another man, or at least what looked like one. Damien fought back and was lucky enough to hit the thing over the head with a piece of wood that he had grasped form the ground. He managed to get away with only a few bruises and a bite mark on his right arm. The following week Damien caught a terrible fever, it was agony, like molten steel being poured into his veins. Two weeks after he was bitten, Jacob Millian died, and a week after his funeral he clawed his way up form his grave.
Confused and frightened he was rescued form his despair by a ghoul that had been wandering the graveyard that night in order to dig up a fresh corpse. He explained what had happened to Damien, and the new nature of his body. The ghoul called himself Marco, and he helped Damien set up his new identity as Damien sweets, and taught him everything he needed to know. As the years passed by he kept a watchful eye on his family from a distance, and he often lost himself in his art. When his sister disappeared Damien threw himself into looking for her, but came up empty. This caused him to become more reckless, and after being arrested for grave robbing, he decided to move to a new town and he ended up in Salem. He has now calmed down, and attempted to move on with his life, but he hasn't completely given up on finding his sister. He works in the library in order to support himself, as he doesn't earn a lot of money by selling his paintings.
